Bio: a mutual of ours recommended underbean to us as one of their favorite roasters in Korea. They bring on some great green and have a great roast profile

Roast Profile: Korean light. But on the lighter end of that spectrum. Pretty similar to Aery.

Rest Recommendation: 4-5 weeks

Why did we bring this coffee on?

This is probably my favorite process forward coffee. High sweetness and a distinct candied floral note while not being very funky.

Tasting Notes: Jasmine, Earl Grey, Spearmint, Kumquat, Lavender
