Processing Time: A majority of our orders are presales. These typically ship out 2 weeks after ordering, but delays can happen. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.
Shipping Method: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided upon dispatch.
International Shipping: Currently limited; please contact us for availability.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once your package leaves our facility, transit times may vary based on carrier performance. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out to us — we’ll do what we can to help.
