Refund policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Many of our coffees are offered as presale or made to order, meaning we purchase and reserve inventory specifically based on customer orders.
For this reason, all coffee orders are considered final once placed, including any orders that are pending, processing, or awaiting shipment.
If you need to cancel an order shortly after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment planning has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review each situation individually and do our best to make it right.
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
