Each box will contain 3 coffee profiles:
* Clean: The cleanest representation of terroir showcasing the best seasonal coffee. 90% of the time it will be a washed coffee, but occasionally it will be a honey process! (Process level: 1/5)
* Fun: A wild card of sorts, where you can find anything from high quality naturals and less funky fermentation processes to unique varietals, like Sudan Rume or Chiroso (Process level: 1/5 - 3/5)
* Funk: Truly unique and adventurous flavor profiles. High quality anaerobic and other advanced fermentation processes that push the boundaries of flavor exploration. (Process Level: 3/5-5/5
