Bio: a mutual of ours recommended underbean to us as one of their favorite roasters in Korea. They bring on some great green and have a great roast profile

Roast Profile: Korean light. But on the lighter end of that spectrum. Pretty similar to Aery.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Tanzania coffee is always interesting, but pretty variable in quality. Acaia hills is by far our favorite producer from there and we are always excited for a well roasted coffee from them

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
