The Picky Chemist is one of my favorite roasters in the world. There is a lot of hype surrounding his drops, and we are happy to do presales for all of his releases 😊

Roast Profile: ultralight. He roasts on a stronghold and has a very light profile. Not quite as light as XLIII or Shoebox, but still decidedly UL.

Since we do presales for his coffees, we typically get very little info. This coffee is no exception! We've really enjoyed his Kenyan coffees though and are very excited for this one. When comparing to his other Kenyans from prior releases we've done, he had this to say, "Quite different to the 3 Kenyans I got last year. Maybe the closest was the Gathaithi AB, but this one is more elegant, less soluble."

What is a weekly release?

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
