Standout was one of the first roasters we worked with and we're happy to bring them back on. They're a well known Swedish roaster with some really interesting sourcing!

Roast Profile: Medium-light. While it is a Nordic roast, it's on the more developed end of that spectrum. Somewhere around Dak/Coffee Collective. The competition lots are lighter, but still in that Nordic realm.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Another interesting varietal from Standout. I've actually only had this varietal from them. This coffee has a bit of a held in cherry note to it, so it's more fruit forward and natural leaning in it's flavor profile, but it's still fairly clean. Of their standard offerings, I liked this lot quite a bit last time I tried it.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
