Standout was one of the first roasters we worked with and we're happy to bring them back on. They're a well known Swedish roaster with some really interesting sourcing!

Roast Profile: Medium-light. While it is a Nordic roast, it's on the more developed end of that spectrum. Somewhere around Dak/Coffee Collective. The competition lots are lighter, but still in that Nordic realm.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Esmeralda is probably my favorite Panama producer, and I always look forward to their coffees! This is an excellent natural from one of my favorite plots from them. HLE naturals are some of the best I've ever had and they actually work really well at this roast level.

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
