September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

I'm a big fan of Basha Bekele's coffees and am always happy t try new lots from him. His honeys are typically exceptional.
