September - Abel Selinas Washed Mejorado (2nd harvest) - Lojas, Ecuador - 200g

September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

The earlier harvest of this coffee from September was probably my favorite coffee of the year. An absolute stunner in every way. 

"Our second year featuring the incredible work of Abel Salinas and Finca Arashi, and this being his second harvest we've shared of 2025, this beautiful Mejorado is bright, delicate and sweet with soft florals, intense lemon acidity and juicy citrus."
