Red Meow is a roaster that we brought on a while back. We were really impressed by their sourcing and look forward to this upcoming release.

Roast Profile: med-Light. They roast on a loring. This is more developed than Oma. Roasted a bit for sweetness, but the roast is very well done. I remember being pleasantly surprised by how the coffee was presented even if it was darker than I had hoped. Lighter than Moby Dick/mazelab and not roasty with a lower EY.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Auromar Estate is an excellent producer. We love their geshas and are always looking for good lots from them. This is a new plot for me, and I'm excited to try it out!

Impact of Tariffs

The impact of tariffs increased the cost of this coffee by $4 This is factored into the end cost, not into the margin. We're just being proactive on this since we are still a bit unclear how this will play out. We are actively working on ways to mitigate this and hope to significantly lessen the impact of tariffs soon. But for now, this is how things are. Thanks for understanding!

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
