Continuing on the buy the gesha theme of the week, we have another release from Prairie Lily, the notoriously hard to order from Canadian roaster that roasts some incredibly interesting green and does a great job with it. They are known for their killer Panama lots, which we will be featuring 4x of, as well as a unique Yemeni lot! Prairie lily is a real hidden gem and is our favorite Canadian roaster. Always a treat to drink!

Roast Profile: Near ultralight. The lightest roaster we've tried from Canada outside of September's ELs. Great presentation of flavors. If you had my first exclusive with Mood Trap (the natural gesha not the Ethiopian), the presentation is kind of similar. It's roasted for high solubility, but improves exponentially with longer rests. Terry recommended 10 weeks for his coffees.

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

Do I need to subscribe to purchase the weekly release?

Nope! Weekly releases can be purchased as standalone coffees, no subscription required.

When will my weekly release order ship?

Shipping timelines vary by roaster and international transit. We send weekly email updates so you always know where your coffee is in the process. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
