Bio: Pincle has been on our radar for a while now. It was founded by the 2024 world roaster champion and has a solid amount of hype in China. We were connected by a friend of mine who highly recommended their roasting. Their current line up is mostly Ethiopian and Kenyan lots, which I think will be fun to compare with Big Sur and other roasters line ups.

Roast Profile: They are not the lightest roaster in china, but are roasting more along the level of Moby Dick or Flower Child. The profile is very well done.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Classic washed Kenyan coffee. They had a few lots available from Kenya and recommended this one to us. I love kenyans that present with more floral and Tea like notes and this is a great one for that

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

Do I need to subscribe to purchase the weekly release?

Nope! Weekly releases can be purchased as standalone coffees, no subscription required.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
