Onibus is a well established roaster based in Japan - I don’t have a lot of experience with them, but I’ve heard very good things about them!

Roast Profile: Japanese Light. Roasted for sweetness, but not roasty with lower EY brews.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

This coffee is produced by Diego, a farmer in Santa María, Huila Department, Colombia, who carries on his familyʼs traditions. Hand-picking fully ripe cherries, followed by a 36-hour fermentation and greenhouse drying, brings out a delicate and distinctive flavor profile. This amazing coffee offers a bright cup with floral aromas and a juicy peach and orange-like sweet-tartness.
