Nai Zui - Thiriku Washed SL28 - Nyeri, Kenya - 100g

Nai Zui is a newer Chinese light roaster. They are very well regarded in the Chinese market, and I'm super excited to be working with them!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Comparable roast level to Big Sur. They actually share a lot of similarities with Big Sur and even buy green from them. Some of the lots we are binging on were bought from them. They roast on a Stronghold (Big Sur roasts on a Loring), so the profile is a bit different.

He had a few interesting Kenyans available, and I asked what his favorite was. This was his favorite, so I'm bringing it on! It's also only sl28, which isn't as common these days.
