Nai Zui - Hacienda Esmeralda Natural Gesha - Boquete, Panama - 100g

Nai Zui is a newer Chinese light roaster. They are very well regarded in the Chinese market, and I'm super excited to be working with them!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Comparable roast level to Big Sur. They actually share a lot of similarities with Big Sur and even buy green from them. Some of the lots we are binging on were bought from them. They roast on a Stronghold (Big Sur roasts on a Loring), so the profile is a bit different.

This is a pretty pricey lot. I've never actually tried it before, but it came highly recommended. I really like Esmeralda's coffees, but this will be the first natural I've had from them. Expect a very clean natural!
