Moby Dick is a roaster that’s been on our radar for a while now. They were hesitant to do an international order, but after seeing how many Chinese roasters we’ve featured, they were more interested in working with us.

Roast Profile:

Pretty similar to Friedhats in terms of development. So kind of on the more developed end of an light roast if that makes sense. They roast on a Probat.

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

PNG is a really unique origin that you don't see too often. A bit of earthiness and savoryness. Almost similar to Indo coffee, but with it's own unique notes. Good if you want something unique and a bit funky

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
