Macs is a new roaster that was introduced to us by Brewed By Jay. He's connected us with some of our favorite Korean roasters, so we always look forward to them. This is a collaboration between us and Jay. He has picked/recommended these coffees for us and we will be distributing it. Roast Profile: 'Korean Ultralight' by which I mean that it is very light compared to other Korean roasters, but but in a sort of Nordic light range of roasting. Lighter than John Small, but more developed than Aery.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

We had the anaerobic washed version of this coffee from Sunho last year and were really impressed. Bolivian coffee is underrepresented and the geshas from there are spectacular.

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

Do I need to subscribe to purchase the weekly release?

Nope! Weekly releases can be purchased as standalone coffees, no subscription required.

When will my weekly release order ship?

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
