Bio: We brought on John Small when we were first starting off. Carlblikecoffee recommended them to us after his trip to Korea. They ended up being one of our best sellers and really helped to establish us. They source some excellent lots and roast them well. Defiantly not ultralight, but a nice, easy to brew light roast with lots of sweetness, but still a lot of clarity. It's been a while since we've brewed them, so we are excited to bring them back!
Roast Profile: Korean light roast (bana comfort roast?). Not super light, but not roasty unless you push it hard. John Small roast on a drum roasts and highlights the sweetness of coffees while also maintaining clarity and florals. Their more expensive green tends to be a bit lighter as well.
