Hooray is a really unique micro roaster from Canada. They are doing UL roasts and sourcing really fun coffees. We are very excited to work together!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Their coffee is on more developed side of a UL roast. Kinda similar to Nai Zui. Roasted on a Stronghold.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

This was a leftover coffee from our washed sub. We really enjoyed this coffee for it's bright acidity and strong florals. Great PB and a good example of their roasting :)

What is a weekly release?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
