Bio: This is, so far, the only roaster we've worked with from India, which is super exciting! We had a customer from the Bay Area recommend this roaster to us a while back and when a local friend asked if I wanted him to pick up any coffee on his trip to India, I asked to try these guys out. The roast was pretty solid and got me excited about trying more of their coffees out. They are the lightest roaster I've found in India and are highlighting some really cool producers, some of which are from regions I have never tried before. When I can, I love to highlighting roasters from producing regions, and this is a great example of that

Roast Profile: They have a few different profiles ranging from ultralight (which is a kind of comfort ultralight roast like purus) to medium, which is more for traditional espresso. This coffee is Light-Medium

Rest: I recommend 5-6 weeks rest for ul. The other roast profiles I recommend 3ish weeks of rest

Tasting Notes: Lime, Gooseberry, Dates, Chikoo, Cardamom

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
