Frukt coffee was a roaster that I really liked when I lived in Europe. They have some fun sourcing and are a great Nordic coffee roaster. Very hyped about their current offerings from Benjamin Paz!

Roast Profile:

Frukt's roast profile is very much a Nordic roast. To me, that means a high heat, quick roast that brings out sweetness without presenting roasty notes (as long as you brew it with lower EY brews). They roast on a Loring.

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

We got this one for a tasting that didn't end up happening! We never listed on the site!

His Pacas is always a standout coffee for us every year. Very complex, clean and bright Washed coffee that is nuanced and aromatic. Very high quality every year. Ripe stone fruit forward profile with high sweetness, bight acidity, great mouthfeel and nicely layered cup."
