Bio: Very hyped for this one! I reached out to @fullarmedsweats on IG (if you don’t know him, he’s a great coffee reviewer based in Korea) to chat about roasters he enjoys locally. One of the recommendations was for Doan, which he described as being his favorite ul roaster in Korea. They have some great classic washed lots that we can’t wait to share with you!

Roast Profile: They’re a bit in between UL & EL, but their roasting is very light for Korea and very well executed.
