Dak - 'Saint-Tropez' - Danche Washed - Gedeb, Ethiopia - 250g
Dak was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. They were the first wholesale account I had and they were featured on my first drop. I worked at a shop in Seattle that carried them often. They're well known for more processed coffees, like Milky Cake, but do a nice job with more clean lots as well.
Roast Profile:
Dak roasts on the medium-light side of things. Similar to Friedhats or Tanat (formally Kawa). They roast on an IMF.
Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?
Washed Danche coffees are some of my favorite Ethiopian coffees. Really unique profile that's super refreshing and easy to drink. Dak does a really nice job with coffees like this imo.
Tasting Notes: Lemon, floral, peach
