Bio: Coffee with Dongze is a newer ultralight micro roaster. Steven is friends with Bill from Hydrangea and they tend to share some lots. His coffees sell out very quickly, so we are very excited to do a release of his coffee. If you haven't tried his coffee, don't miss out on this one!

Roast Profile: Ultralight. Very similar to Substance, but with a bit more sweetness. He was heavily inspired by Substance.

Rest recommendation: 6+ weeks

Why did we bring this coffee on?

We have been really impressed by the Taste of Harvest coffees we've had this year, so when Dongze reached out about a potential exclusive, we were very interested. This lot won 1st place in the Ethiopian Natural category and is a high scoring, very clean anaerobic natural. Super fruit forward and floral.
