I had Coffee Collective at a I used to work at and didn't love the coffee if I'm being honest. I kinda wrote them off and moved on. But recently a cafe in Seattle opened up that mostly serves their coffee, and I've been really impressed with some of their coffees. Needs a lower EY brew to shine, but it's a classic Nordic Light roast that has some really nice 'standard' clean lots.

Roast Profile: Classic Nordic light coffee. More developed than TW or Frukt, but in that realm of roasting.

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

Do I need to subscribe to purchase the weekly release?

Nope! Weekly releases can be purchased as standalone coffees, no subscription required.

When will my weekly release order ship?

Shipping timelines vary by roaster and international transit. We send weekly email updates so you always know where your coffee is in the process. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
