The Picky Chemist - Inmaculada Washed Gesha - Huila, Colombia- 125g

The Picky Chemist is one of my favorite roasters in the world. There is a lot of hype surrounding his drops, but we feel that it's very justified. Stephane has a full time job, and this is really only a passion project for him. We're huge fans of his work and are always thrilled to be working with him.

Roast Profile: ultralight. He roasts on a stronghold and has a very light profile. Not quite as light as XLIII or Shoebox, but still decidedly UL with a solid intensity of flavor. My favorite Stronghold profile.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Inmaculada produces some beautiful Colombian geshas at fairly reasonable prices. We often run into more processed versions of their coffees, so we're always happy to find standard washed lots from them!
