Substance - Tabe Burka Washed - Guji, Ethiopia - 200g

Substance is one of the most hyped roasters we've worked with. Joachim is hugely influential in the ultralight coffee scene and has inspired a wide range of coffee roasters. He doesn't really do wholesale, so we are very happy to be working with him and showcasing his coffee

Roast Profile:

This is a classic ultralight profile. Kind of right in the middle in terms of development in the UL range. Minmax was very inspired by him, so I'd say that that's a solid comparison for roast. 

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

We had this same coffee from Datura, and I'm excited to compare it to this one! Really nice, classic washed Guji that had a really nice green tea note in Datura's roast.
