Substance is one of the most hyped roasters we've worked with. Joachim is hugely influential in the ultralight coffee scene and has inspired a wide range of coffee roasters. He doesn't really do wholesale, so we are very happy to be working with him and showcasing his coffee

Roast Profile:

This is a classic ultralight profile. Kind of right in the middle in terms of development in the UL range. Minmax was very inspired by him, so I'd say that that's a solid comparison for roast. 

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

This is sort of what I think of as being Substance's "quintessential" coffee. I get lots of requests for this one, and it is one of my personal favorites from him. Savage coffees are hit or miss for me, but this is consistently great
