September - Monkaaba Washed SL-28 - Huila, Colombia- 250g

September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

I love SL28's grown in Latin America. Similar to a PB, they have a nice vibrancy and tend to have pretty interesting notes.

"This is our first time featuring an SL-28 from Monkaaba, and this lot is special as it's comprised of a few of our favourite producers from the Monkaaba project including Esnaider Ortega and Pastor Ordoñez."
