September - Finca Tamana Washed Pink Bourbon - Huila, Colombia- 250g

September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Nice classic washed PB. I've had a lot of Finca Tamana from Tim Wendelboe, and I'm always happy to try them from other roasters. I really like the profile that September has for Pink Bourbons and have enjoyed most of the ones I've had from them.
