September - Finca El Paraiso - Lollipop decaf - Cauca, Colombia - 250g

September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: Extra light. This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

I actually love more processed decafs if they're well done. I really enjoy the decafs I've had from Diego Bermudez and think this is great if you want a super fruity decaf that "doesn't taste like decaf". Honestly, one of the better decafs I've had. The perfect evening soup coffee.
