September - Finca El Paraiso Buttercream - Cauca, Colombia - 250g

September is one of our favorite roasters in North America. I've been buying from him for a long time now, and am really excited to feature this release!

Roast Profile: This coffee will be roasted on their "light" profile, which is a kind of perfect in the middle of the road light roast. They roast on a Loring.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

This is a classic. When I first had this coffee (from DAK not September), back in my funk era, this was one of my favorites. I still like it even if funk isn't my preference now. It's super sweet and creamy with a very unique sweet spice note to it. Works very well as espresso in milk based drinks, but it is also great as a pourover/soup.
