This is our first tasting event! We’re going to be brewing up some awesome coffees from our “French ultralight” coffee release. This release featured 5 different roasters who opened around the same time and roast with similar philosophies. 3 of them even worked together at the same roaster (Terres des Cafe in Paris)

Here’s which roasters and coffees we’ll be brewing up:

For this event, we’ll be brewing up each of these coffees for you to taste. Each person will get a smaller sample size (around 30g) of each brew to try them out. This isn’t as structured as a coffee omakase, mostly a casual way to try out some great coffees and compare roasting styles side by side from some of the best (in my opinion!) roasters in the world

What is a weekly release?

It’s a one off feature with a specific roaster. Weekly releases are separate from the subscription. This way you can try coffee from us without subscribing! We also offer some high end and ultra rare lots through this that we wouldn’t be able to feature on our subscriptions.

Do I need to subscribe to purchase the weekly release?

Nope! Weekly releases can be purchased as standalone coffees, no subscription required.

When will my weekly release order ship?

Shipping timelines vary by roaster and international transit. We send weekly email updates so you always know where your coffee is in the process. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter.

What does “presale” mean?

Our weekly releases are sold before the coffee arrives in the U.S. This allows us to source rare international roasters that don’t normally export here. They are roasted to order and we provide an ETA for each release through our newsletter.
