Ilse - Galo Morales - Washed Gesha - Pichincha, Ecuador

Back to back exclusive collabs?? While that won't be our normal release schedule (things just fell into place this way!), we are super excited for this release. Ilse's been putting out bangers lately and this coffee is really something special. After chatting with Lucas from Ilse, I knew this was the coffee I wanted to bring on from them.

Ilse is a roaster based out of Caanan, CT. They roast on a Loring and have a similar level of development as Sey. 

Galo Morales has had an excellent harvest this year. He's definitely more known for his Mejorados and Sidras, but Ecuadorian geshas are one of my favorite origins for non Panama geshas. I've had the opportunity to sample this green from a few roasters, and it's a stunner! Incredibly floral with a candy like sweetness.
