Datura - Finca Los Cenizos Gesha Washed - Cerro Punta, Panama

Datura is a newer 'French Ultralight' roaster. They're not quite as light as TPC or Substance, kinda between that and a well executed Nordic roast. They bring in a lot of exciting high end lots, and we have loved what we've had from them.

Roast profile: On the slightly more developed end of ultralight. They roast on a Stronghold S07. Kinda similar to Gout & Co's roast level, but a different presentation of flavor. 

Since 2019, Estela Pitti and her family have been producing award-winning coffees at their farm in Cerro Punta. In the last two years, their Geisha lots ranked 6th in both the Washed and Natural categories of Best of Panama competition, continuing a streak of top placements. Their coffees reflect a deep respect for terroir and nature. As a first-generation woman producer, Estela blends her childhood passion for coffee with a refined vision for excellence, now shared with her children, Stella Marie and Niko.

We’re thrilled to share this unique micro-lot: a vibrant and refreshing expression of Panamanian Geisha. Expect a juicy, fruit-forward cup with bright raspberry notes, delicate florals, and a crisp lemongrass finish.
