Big Sur - Hamasho Kebena Adnan Natural - Sidama, Ethiopia - 100g

Big Sur is one of my personal favorite roasters I've worked with. They're based out of Shanghai and are a really great ultralight roaster. I loved all the coffees I had from my previous order, and they were one of the best regarded roasters I've released. 

Roast Profile: ultralight. They roast on a Loring and have a really unique profile for Loring roasts. Their coffees tend to be very fruit forward and are less delicate than some UL roasters I've brought on.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

We snagged all 3 of their natural Ethiopians to offer as a post sale. Hamasho is a really nice washing station, and most of their best lots stay in Asia, so I'm always interested when I see them. This is my favorite natural from them right now. Still early (will be ready in a week or 2), but tasting pretty spectacular. Old school blueberry bomb with some florals and grape notes.
