Big Sur - Elida Estate Aguacate DRD Washed Green Tip Gesha 250325 - Boquete, Panama - 60g

Big Sur is one of my personal favorite roasters I've worked with. They're based out of Shanghai and are a really great ultralight roaster. I loved all the coffees I had from my previous order, and they were one of the best regarded roasters I've released. 

Roast Profile: ultralight. They roast on a Loring and have a really unique profile for Loring roasts. Their coffees tend to be very fruit forward and are less delicate than some UL roasters I've brought on.

Why did we bring this coffee on?

Lamastus produces some of my favorite Panama coffee (honestly, some of the best in the world). The Elida estate has some of the best high end lots, and Aguacate is probably the best plot of the bunch (it placed pretty high in BoP this year). This is some really special coffee, don't miss out on it!
