Banibeans - Shakiso Natural - Guji, Ethiopia - 250g

Banibeans was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. We had them on for our second drop, and we really enjoyed their coffee. A while later, they switched to a Stronghold and have gotten a bit lighter profile. We've been told that their stuff lately is very well dialed in, so we are thrilled to bring them back!

Roast Profile:

Light. They just to be a bit more of a medium light, but have shifted lighter since using the Stronghold. Maybe closer to CETO? 

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

Classic natty Ethiopian. Banibeans does a great job with naturals, so this is a great one for people who like natural Ethiopians!
