Banibeans - El Recreo Natural Pink Bourbon - Huila, Colombia - 250g

Banibeans was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. We had them on for our second drop, and we really enjoyed their coffee. A while later, they switched to a Stronghold and have gotten a bit lighter profile. We've been told that their stuff lately is very well dialed in, so we are thrilled to bring them back!

Roast Profile:

Light. They just to be a bit more of a medium light, but have shifted lighter since using the Stronghold. Maybe closer to CETO? 

Why Did We Bring This Coffee On?

Banibeans does a great job with naturals. Natural pink bourbons are pretty interesting. Same intensity as the washed ones, but with tart candied red fruit being the main note. This is an early access coffee for us, so we have limited info on it.
