TNT - Competition Koji dime bag - 15g

We got access to a super special lot that I want to share with you. VERY limited, so it will only be available in these 15g dime bags so that more people can try it out! This is a koji natural gesha from Finca Auromar. Different lot and processing to the samurai koji we brought on.

A bit of backstory: We ordered from TNT, but they had delays with shipping due to their forwarder not being the most reliable. It just so happened that the owner and his family were heading to Seattle to catch a cruise to Alaska. We arranged to meet at the airport and I gave them a ride since it was on my way home. As a thank you, he gave me a handful of extras, but the most interesting was about 500g of a competition coffee that the co founder of TNT is using for national barista championship. This was not sold ANYWHERE, and I am the only person who has it. I saved some for me and will brew some at a pop up, but wanted to offer it here as well!

The roast is a bit more developed than what I typically bring on (that's standard for competitions tbh), but the green is exceptional and worth the bit of roast. You would not know this is a Koji if you weren't told in advance. This one is different than the Koji we offered and was handled with lots of attention to ensure it came out perfect. And this is 100% the best Koji coffee I've ever had. Like not even close.
