We saw that they released an ultralight set with The Coffee Nerd, a cafe with excellent sourcing in Heidelburg. After seeing that, and chatting with a few other local people in the scene that we trust, we decided to reach out. They’ve been roasting for a while now, but have been playing with lighter profiles and eventually roasting some UL profiles. Not all their coffees are UL, but we will mostly be bringing on their UL coffees.
