SPECIAL RELEASE One Half - Malaysia Liberica Lot 009 - 20g

One Half was opened by 3 time Malaysia Barista Champion Keith Koayis and is one of the most well known specialty roasters from Malaysia. The source some really awesome coffees and do a great job roasting them. Their roasting style is kind of between John Small and Wes Ngopi (maybe Botz would be a good US comparison?)

I have never tried a Liberica or a coffee grown in Malaysia, so I'm excited to check this one out. It's a long natural ferment, so I'm expecting it to be a pretty funky coffee. But if you wanna try something really unique, make sure to check this one out!
