We're always looking out for new smaller roasters to feature that we haven't seen spotlighted anywhere else. Smash is a newer roaster that started in 2024 after the roaster won the Polish Aeropress Championship. They have a cafe and used to have a site, but it's been down for a bit now, which makes it pretty much impossible to try their coffee unless you go to Poznan. Their sourcing is pretty much exclusively more processed Colombian lots, but the roast is really good. So if you're not afraid of a bit of flavor, this is a neutron star worth trying! And for people who are iffy on fermented coffees, I think the roast makes it less funk forward \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRoast Profile:\u003c\/strong\u003e ultralight.
