Red Meow coffee is a Hong Kong roastery founded by Alex Tai, a green buyer and Best of Panama Cupper. Due to his ties in Panama, he brings in some really awesome lots from Panama that we don't often see in North America. Los Cenizos is a great example of that. They're a producer that I have never seen from a US roaster, and their coffee this year is top notch! This set will include all 3 lots that I'm bringing in from them, so you can try all 3 of them out! We have a limited amount of each 3 of these sets.
