El Carbonal Farm is located in a lush natural environment near a national park, where the family works diligently to produce coffee. This coffee features a soft, stone-fruit-like sweetness followed by a nutty, toasty aroma. It impresses with its rounded sweetness and excellent balance, offering a long, pleasant aftertaste. We roasted this lot with a focus on soft sweetness to allow you to fully appreciate its delicate fruitiness and texture.
