One Half - La Papaya Mejorado - Lojas, Ecuador - 100g

One Half was opened by 3 time Malaysia Barista Champion Keith Koayis and is one of the most well known specialty roasters from Malaysia. The source some really awesome coffees and do a great job roasting them. Their roasting style is kind of between John Small and Wes Ngopi (maybe Botz would be a good US comparison?)

Juan Pena's Mejorado has proven to be one of the best of the year. I'm very excited to compare this one to other roasts I've had this year!
