During the 2004 Best of Panama competition, the Peterson family had done something different and submitted lots based on separate areas of their farm. One particular lot was 100% geisha where it amazed everyone with its incredible intense fruit-forward and floral qualities. It went on to win the 2004 Best of Panama competition and set the world record price at the time for a coffee at an auction.
