They roast on a Giesen, which is one of my favorite roasters, but is rare to find UL roasts on it. XLIII also roasts on this machine, but with a very different approach. I find these coffees to be some what similar to Shoebox's presentation, but with it's own unique spin. This is a gesha from Esmeralda that was grown in Guatemala.
