They roast on a Giesen, which is one of my favorite roasters, but is rare to find UL roasts on it. XLIII also roasts on this machine, but with a very different approach. I find these coffees to be some what similar to Shoebox's presentation, but with it's own unique spin. I also find his roasts highlight floral\/herbal notes in a very distinct way.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e \u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy Did We Bring This Coffee On?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEthan really enjoys these kinds of coffees, which are kind of comfort coffees that you don't often see roasted this light. I find them really nostalgic, with having a lot of notes that I don't see much in coffee these days, while still being super light and not roasty.
